TCompress lets you manage a wide range of data compression, backup and security tasks. As well as managing multi-file archives and providing a range of file and stream compression capabilities, it's TCDBMemo, TCDBRichText and TCDBImage components provide for automatic database blob compression, substantially lessening network traffic and disk storage needs.
With three forms of built-in compression and default handling for most situations, the events provided by this component mean you can provide your own user interface and even your own specialist data compression routines (e.g. for fractal compression).
TCompress supports all versions of Delphi, Kylix and C++ Builder.
