Update 3 for Delphi 2007 for Win32 .zip file for offline installation This zip file includes all the files for the update in all languages Download this file, unzip to an empty directory on your computer and run \install\Setup.exe /upgrade to apply Update 3 to an existing install. Delphi 2007 R2 already includes this update. If you registered Delphi 2007 R2 you will not be able to download this update
